This is my inaugural blog. I want to reach out to all of you that either need support with your career journey or help consulting with a technology introduction, scale or growth.
I have done it all and I have struggled through many challenges only to thrive and am now where I have wanted to be for years. I started my career journey intending to be a scientist, pivoted to building cars and then moved to Silicon Valley at a time when most of my peers were retiring to reinvent and “disrupt” myself. I have always followed “The Road Less Traveled” and can help you chart your own path. My project proposal will be personal and based on your needs and my experience. The formula is just that, an individual equation to challenge you, build teams or build companies, whatever you need.
I put off my transition to “self employment”. The good news for you is I now have the experience and the scars to support you in a career transition or in helping you take your business to the next level. My goal is to work with people I enjoy and have more control of my schedule. I worked within “traditional” career parameters for years and put off what I should have done years ago. Children, divorce and transition to new roles and new experiences convinced me to wait to make my transition. However, here I am now, doing what I do best and looking to partner with people that I can help with my extensive experience.
I look forward to partnering with you and/or your business. I will use my strategies, my mistakes and most importantly, my successes, to take you and/or your business to the next level with my skills and with “Susan Brennan Leadership”. I am a partner. I will listen, offer solutions, be a thinking partner and build the structure for collaborate team work to assure you are operating at your highest level of leadership.
